When you order a Santa Letter , Santa Call or a Text Message at Santa.co.uk, we need to know specific information in order to deliver a uniquely personal experience for Children. This information is stored on our secure server so that you can edit this information prior to the mailing date you have chosen for your Santa Letter.

We WILL NOT use the information we collect to contact the Children directly or indirectly in anyway whatsoever other than to singularly facilitate the scheduled communication from Santa as requested by you as the customer.

We use the information we collect about you and where relevant your children (for providing Letters and Phone Calls from Santa), to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We DO NOT pass on, sell or rent your details to any third party.

Will information be suplied to a third party?

Absolutely not. Santa.co.uk does not sell or rent your personal information to others.
