What is a Pre-recorded
Santa Call?
A scheduled telephone call is made by
a computerised telephony system to a telephone
number submitted with the order. The Santa
Call can be arranged for any country in
the world, but Santa will only speak in
English. At the date and time specified,
we will call the telephone number given
and the operator will inform the recipient
that they have a call waiting from Santa
Claus (the operator will ask for the name
given in the booking form). The child
is then asked to "press number 1" to connect
to Santa Claus. A pre-recorded interactive
message is then initiated. The recipient's
phone is not billed nor charged for the
Santa Call. No advertising is associated
with the Santa Call.

When
do I need to book a Santa Call?
You can arrange for a Santa Call up to 12
weeks in advance.
Tip:
If Santa is to ring a child at a place where
you will not be at the time of the call
- please advise their parents/guardians
of the call you have booked.

Can I
Make Changes once the call is booked?
Yes. An account will be created for you and
you will be able to change any of the details
of the call up to 4 hours before the scheduled
call time. |

What is
a Santa Called Me certificate?
The Santa Called Me certificate is a tangible
souvenir of Santa's magical call that can
be treasured forever as proof that Santa Called
Christmas
The Luxury certificate is printed with the
Child's name, date of call, boy/girls and
what Santa talked about. The beautiful memento
follows the same theme as our Santa letters
with "Called from the North Pole" ensuring
continuity for those lucky children who receive
one of our Santa letters. The quality certificate
has gold leaf/foil blocking will be posted
to the child after Santa's call. |

Can
anyone receive a Santa Call?
Yes! The Live Santa Call can be made to
any phone in the world including mobiles.

I have
more than one Child to book for, how do
I do it?
Each Santa Call is for one child only
-the operator will only ask for the first
named child even if the booking contains
more than one child's name. So please book
a separate call for each child.
Tip: 1.
Space each Santa Call 15 minutes apart.
This will give the excited children time
to tell you what Santa said to them before
the next call comes in.
Tip: 2.
Because the Santa Calls are personalised
keep your purchase receipt as a reminder
of when the Santa Calls are scheduled.

What
does Santa say?
This depends on the age and gender of the
call type you select. Each call is tailored
to suit the likely comprehension of the
child. Each call is magical and will tell
the child that Santa is on his way and "..it
has been lovely talking to you....."

What does Santa sound
like?
Santa Claus is brought to wonderful life
by a professional actor, who's jolly and
upbeat conversation will light up your
child.

What
if I book a Santa Call and it doesn't happen?
There is two reasons a Santa Call will fail:
if you have specified an incorrect telephone
number. In which case somebody you don't
know had a wonderful surprise! If Santa
tries to call and the telephone number is
engaged or there is no reply, he will retry
for the next 15 minutes. Or you have "unrecognised
incomming call" barring on your telephone
as the Santa Call will come up as unknown
or international. If for any reason a Santa
Call does not happen and it is our fault
we will refund you in full.
Tip: 1.
Make sure the recipient is in the house
within 15 minutes either side of the scheduled
time of the Santa Call
Tip: 2. If it is a gift for a child
other than your own, then tell their parent
/ guardian you have arranged the Santa Call.
